Have you seen the packaging for the Anastasia Beverly Hills Sultry palette? Wow, the packaging itself is so glittery and amazing that it just just makes the palette look so tempting before you open it. But seriously, I did just buy myself this palette with an Ulta gift card I got for Christmas. So, since I have fully used and played with this palette I decided to share my thoughts about it. For those who have been thinking about buying but not completely sure if its worth it here’s my review.
First off just picking up this palette with it still inside the box again is just wow. It is so glamorous and girly and even though glitter sticks like every where it is still beautiful. I am a girl that loves glitter and I just love how this packaging looks and it definitely caught my attention. So first impressions overall packaging and palette it self is I love how it looks and it definitely is a good fit for the name.
If you own an Anastasia palette then the inside of this palette material wise is just the standard black with the logo on it. These eyeshadows definitely live up to the packaging and name standards. I believe that every Anastasia eyeshadow palette comes with a double sided brush so of course that is included as well.
Trying out theses shadows for the first time I noticed like most of the palettes they are very pigmented. These colors are amazing and beautiful just like the packaging and palette itself. The metallic/glitter shades are so glittery and again very pigmented. With this palette when first looking looks like it should be used for glam looks. But you can also create some natural looks with the matte neutral shades.
Overall this palette can be very versatile and is very gorgeous. I love and can’t wait to use it some more. If you are in to more of these glam glittery style of make up then I would definitely suggest this palette. Yes, it can be used for natural looks. But it is perfect for full glam and soft glam looks as well. So if you do not already own this palette I hope this helped you make a decision about buying it. Personally, I am very happy with my purchase.
