As I am writing this it is actually raining which is why I had the idea to do this post. So it might be raining and you might of had plans that are now ruined. That is really upsetting and annoying but it’s ok because there are many things you can do inside to keep yourself entertained on a rainy day.
MOVIE MARATHON
Maybe there’s a movie you haven’t seen or a series you’ve been wanting to watch but haven’t had the time to. A television series is also an option for this as it doesn’t have to be movies. But a rainy day is the perfect day to cuddle up with some blankets and enjoy a movie or show.
BAKING
I always feel like I need some kind of sweet treat for a cozy rainy day. So since it’s a rainy day and you’ll probably be stuck inside why not bake some cookies. That way if you decide to have that movie marathon you’ll have a good snack to have.
PAINTING
I know not everyone is the artsy type but if you are painting is a good way to spend the day. You can just sit listen to the rain and paint away. I actually love painting on rainy days. I don’t know why, that’s just my favorite time to sit and paint what ever comes to mind.
SPA DAY
If you are already at home with no plans on a rainy day treat yourself and have a spa day. It’s such a nice day to put on your comfy leggings, throw your hair in a bun and just pamper yourself. Do a face mask, paint your nails, even do your hair if you want to. What ever you do to treat your self do it and enjoy this rainy day.

I personally love reading I know its not everyone’s favorite thing to do. But I enjoy it and read all the time. A rainy day is perfect for that. You could cuddle up in your favorite place with your favorite blanket, Whether that be your bed or a chair somewhere in your house. Get comfy and read away while listening to the rain.
So this is a short little post but these are a few of my favorite rainy day activities. A rainy day can be completely boring trust me I know I live in Florida and it rains a lot.
