imPress Press On Nails

imPress Press on Nails are exactly what the name says, press on nails. I have heard a lot about these nails from quite a few Youtubers and Bloggers. I was a little hesitant about trying them out because I have had press on nails in the past that were not that great. But since they are getting so much attention lately I thought I would give them a try.

About two years ago I used to wear fake nails all the time. I wouldn’t go get them done but I would do them myself. But, I would use the sets that needed glue and they would damage my nails. So I stopped applying fake nails and just strictly used polish instead. Recently, my nails have not been in the best shape and they don’t look great. I really wanted my nails to look cute so I decided to go ahead and try these out.

These nails are super safe and non damaging to the nails since they already have an adhesive on them. No glue is needed making it non damaging. You just peel the backing off the nail, stick it on your nails press down and ta-da done. There are a few other steps before putting the nails on like pushing back your cuticle and cleansing the nail. They are so easy, like super easy to apply it really at most takes five minutes. They are also gel nails so they won’t chip. Also, if they are a little long after you apply them there is a nail file included to file and shape them how you want to.

You can get seven days wear out of these nails which I think is great. When I would wear nails that needed glue I felt like I only got three maybe four days wear before they would come off or break. Again the sets I was buying two years ago were just nail sets you can get from pretty much anywhere. I mostly got mine at Target and I think those cost more than these. Also, I forgot to mention it but these imPress nail sets are only $7.99 and have many many options and are super cute.

They are also pretty easy to come off. Again, there’s no glue included so you don’t have to soak or wait for them to come off. There are two methods they suggest for removing them. Either gently pry them up on both sides of the nails and they should pop off, or take some nail polish remover, lift up the sides of the nails and apply the remover underneath them. The nail polish remover should just dissolve the adhesive and come off easily.

These nails are so cute, affordable and again super safe for your nails. So you can change them as much as you want with out worrying about the health of your nails. They have some super cute designs for the spring time so I will be purchasing them again. I totally forgot to say this but the name of the design I got is Lucky which as you can see is a very pretty light pink and sparkle design. I will definitely be looking for some more designs in the future to try out. I hope you liked this post and give these nails a try.
