Favorite Spring Polishes

I know that technically it’s still winter, but it is starting to feel like summer here in Florida. Which means Spring is approaching quickly and it’s time to start writing spring post. Recently, I have been on the hunt for the perfect nude nail polish. Can I just say that through this hunt I realized that it’s not as easy as it seems to find the perfect one. I don’t know about anyone else, but I love painting my nails according to my mood or season. Spring to me is the season of beautiful bright and pastel pinks. Also the pastel blues, greens, yellows, and the purples are great too. So through this time of me trying to find the perfect nude I have acquired a few new polishes I love and think are great for the spring time.

Topless & Barefoot by Essie is a very pretty nude. It has a slight pink base to it and its not too pink but not too blah either. I’m not going to say it’s the perfect nude because I’m sure I’ll find another one, but for now its my favorite nude polish.

Venture To The Venue by Essie is my favorite glitter polish I have ever owned. The reason I say that is because a lot of the glitter polishes I purchased in the past have been mostly clear polish with a few chunks of glitter in it. But this one you could defiantly wear on its own or on top of another polish.

Perfect Mate by Essie is a very nice almost coral pink color. It is the brightest of all the polishes on this list. It’s definitely not pastel but it’s not OH MY GOD bright and in your face either. So it is a very nice color for Spring and Summer.

Girl About Gown by Essie is a color from their gel polish Gel Couture line. For Essie’s gel colors you do not need a L.E.D lamp, you just need the gel color step one and the gel top coat step two. But this color is a very nice light pastel baby pink. The gel line from Essie is pretty good and I’m sure there are better gel polishes out there but as you can see I love Essie.

Princess Charming by Essie is another color from the Gel Couture line. It is a nice mauve shade that has a gray base to it. But it is still a nice light and pastel color. So I think that it is a color that could be worn during winter and spring.

Not Just A Pretty Face by Essie is definitely more pink than the others. But its still not WOW and in your face. It’s not exactly a pastel pink but it is a light pink. If you are looking for something more of the pink side but again not super bright then this is a very nice pink color for Spring.

I know that these are all pink shades but pink has started to become one of my favorite colors again. Also I have been looking for a very nice nude color so I have collected quite a few pink shades lately. So since I have a few options now. I will definitely be using these through the Spring time.
